Body Wash

1. Wet the body, turn off the shower
2. Apply the Elite Shungite Body Wash, covering the whole body.
3. Use a body scrubber, face cloth or cleansing puff to help clean your skin and remove dead skin cells.
4. Be mindful of removing the day's stresses.
5. Use warm water and rinse thoroughly.
6. Pat your body dry.

Body Lotion: Use on face, ears, inside of elbows, inner wrists, chest, solar plexus, behind the knees, either side of the ankles (see image).

Night time Use: Full body application
